Prices

Prices shown on this website are starting prices for the standard size of each kit and include GST. The final price for your shed depends on your site's design wind rating, the size and options you choose and any installation, and is confirmed in a written quote. Delivery to Queensland and New South Wales is free. A website price is not an offer to supply a shed at that price for every site.

Online orders

When you buy a standard kit online, a contract is formed when we confirm your order, and you pay the full price at checkout. Before manufacture, we check the order against your site, including its design wind rating. If the standard kit does not suit your site, we contact you and you can choose a written quote for the kit your site needs or a full refund. You can cancel an online order free of charge before manufacture starts.

Quoted orders

For a quoted shed, a contract is formed only when you accept our written quote and meet any payment terms set out in it. The quote and contract documents set out inclusions, timeframes, payment terms, cancellation terms and warranties.

Images and descriptions

Product images show the style of each building and may include options or colours that are not part of the standard kit. Your kit is supplied as described in your quote.

Installation

Installation is offered in Queensland and is carried out by Builtwise Group Pty Ltd under QBCC licence 15445275. Building approvals, slabs and site preparation are your responsibility unless your quote states otherwise.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland.
