Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.

Made-to-order kits

Each shed kit is engineered and manufactured for your order, site and selected options, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns once manufacture has started.

Standard kits ordered online

  • Before manufacture, we check your order against your site, including its design wind rating. If the standard kit does not suit your site, we contact you and you can choose a written quote for the kit your site needs or a full refund.
  • You can cancel an online order free of charge at any time before manufacture starts. We refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Quoted sheds

If you order from a written quote, the cancellation terms and the costs that apply once design or manufacture has started are set out in your quote and contract. Please read them before you accept your quote.

How to raise a problem

Check your kit against the delivery list and tell us about missing or damaged items within 7 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and photos, and we will explain the next steps. Refunds are paid to your original payment method.
