How warranties and the Australian Consumer Law apply to Wise Sheds kits and installations.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
These guarantees apply in addition to any warranty in your quote.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Product and installation warranties
Warranties that apply to the materials in your shed, and any warranty on installation work, are set out in your written quote and contract. Ask us for the warranty documents for your kit before you order.
