Our garage range starts with three standard kits: a Single Garage at 3.5m x 7m x 2.7m, a Double Garage at 6m x 6m x 2.7m and a Triple Garage at 6m x 9m x 2.5m. Here is how to work out which one fits, and when to change it.
Measure what you will park, then add room to work
Measure each vehicle's length, width with the mirrors out and height including roof racks. Then add space to open doors, walk around the vehicle and store shelving along the walls. A shed that only just fits the car will feel small within a year.
Single garage: one vehicle and storage
The 3.5m width suits one car or ute with a little room along one wall. It is a good choice for narrow side yards. If you want a workbench beside the car, ask for extra width.
Double garage: two cars side by side
The 6m x 6m footprint parks two cars side by side and suits suburban blocks where depth is limited. Lengthening it gives you a storage or workshop zone at the back.
Triple garage: three bays or two plus a workshop
At 6m x 9m the triple suits three vehicles, or two cars with a trailer, boat or workbench. Its standard height is 2.5m, so check the height of anything tall before ordering.
When to go custom
Caravans, boats on trailers, 4WDs with roof racks and hoists all need more height than the standard sizes. Tell us the tallest item and we will set the wall and door height to suit. You can also compare every standard size in the size guide.
Request a quote with your measurements and we will price the size that fits.
